At Mean & Menopausal, every item is made to order, which means products are created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this production style, we cannot accept returns for most non-defective reasons. However, we always stand behind the quality of our products and will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Made-to-Order Production
All apparel, drinkware, accessories, and printed merchandise in our shop are produced on demand through our professional print partners.
Because your item is custom printed and created specifically for you:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Color variations due to screen differences
- Buyer’s remorse or changed mind
- Ordering the wrong item
2. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you or issue a refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, email:
menopausal@meanandmenopausal.com.
Include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
What happens next:
- We will review your message and verify the issue.
- If approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
Mean & Menopausal covers all return shipping costs when a return is required. - For non-defective reasons:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
4. Return Method
All approved returns must be completed by mail.
If a return is necessary, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label with mailing instructions.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- We process refunds within 2 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly:
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
- After production begins, cancellations cannot be processed.
If you need to cancel, email Menopausal@MeanAndMenopausal.com immediately.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size changes, color changes, style changes, or preference changes.
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace it with the same product you ordered.
8. Undeliverable or Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an item is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or a delivery error caused by the customer, we can reship the order but additional shipping costs will apply.
9. International Orders
This policy applies to U.S. orders. Customers outside the U.S. should contact us directly, as eligibility may vary depending on location and print partner availability.
