Shipping Policy – Mean & Menopausal

At Mean & Menopausal, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our professional print partners. Shipping times vary based on your location, the print provider, and the product ordered. Below is our complete shipping and delivery policy.

1. Made-to-Order Production Time

All items are created specifically for your order. Production typically takes:

2–5 business days for apparel
2–4 business days for mugs, drinkware, and accessories
3–6 business days during peak seasons (November–December)

Production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Peak Season: 4–10 business days

International Orders

Standard International: 7–21 business days
Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Delivery estimates are provided by the print provider and may vary.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and print provider used.
Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment is processed.

5. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages.
Because items are printed and fulfilled by different Printify production partners, each product may ship from a different facility.

Separate tracking numbers will be provided if your order ships in multiple packages.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or a customer delivery error, we can reship the order but additional shipping charges will apply.

7. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, customs holds, or supply chain disruptions.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Check with neighbors or household members
Confirm the shipping address
Allow 24–48 hours for potential delayed carrier scans

If still missing after 48 hours, email Menopausal@MeanAndMenopausal.com.
Replacements for lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier or product limitations. These restrictions are determined by our print providers.

If an item cannot be shipped to your region, you will be notified at checkout.

10. Processing & Handling Time

All products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
During peak seasons (November–December), production may extend to 3–6 business days.
Shipping time is in addition to production time.
